Jewellery Making (1 week)
Learning and implementing a wide range of techniques, students will deepen their understanding of jewellery making and develop the skills to create wearable jewellery and accessories, working with the support of expert teachers to guide them through the process.
Bringing their creative ideas to life, students will work on different briefs and create a range of jewellery pieces that can complement fashion trends, functionality, and personal style.

BROADEN YOUR SKILLS IN THE INDUSTRY
Explore idea and concept generation through investigating a variety of materials and fabricating processes. You will gain an understanding of the basic skills required to generate wearable accessories using a wide range of disciplines.
PROGRESSION AT ×îÐÂÂé¶¹ÊÓÆµ
Completion of the course can enable progression on to our UAL Extended Diploma or Foundation Diploma (if you meet the UAL entry criteria for the course).
PRACTICE YOUR ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS
This course is taught in English, and students are asked to communicate with each other in English, giving our international students the perfect opportunity to practice their English speaking, listening, writing and reading skills.
COURSE OUTCOMES
You will conceptualise and design multiple pieces of jewellery and accessories inspired by a range of materials.
You will utilise skills to produce physical, wearable pieces made from a variety of materials to complement style and different fashion trends.
The week will culminate in a group presentation of outcomes where peers will be able to discuss their ideas and the skills developed over the week’s activities.

14-18 years old
Who is it for
The course is aimed at any student aged 14 + who is interested in designing and creating pieces of jewellery. Completion of the course can enable progression on to our Extended Diploma or Foundation Diploma courses awarded by the University of the Arts London Awarding Body.
English Level
International students should have at least an Upper Intermediate level of English
