FUNDING FOR UK (HOME) STUDENTS
STUDENTS LOANS COMPANY (SLC) - UNDERGRADUATE LOANS
Eligible UK students* studying an undergraduate (BA) degree may apply for funding through the Student Loans Company (SLC). This typically includes:
- A Tuition Fee Loan, paid directly to ×îÐÂÂé¶¹ÊÓÆµ
- A Maintenance Loan, paid directly to the student, to help with living costs (the amount given is based on household income and other personal circumstances of the student)

STUDENTS LOANS COMPANY (SLC) - POSTGRADUATE LOANS
UK students* studying an eligible postgraduate Master’s programme (MA) may apply for the Postgraduate Master’s Loan through the Student Loans Company.
- The loan is paid directly to the student for them to administer at their discretion
- It’s partial, and may not cover full tuition fees and maintenance costs
- It can be used towards tuition fees and/or living costs
- It is not means-tested
The maximum loan amount is set annually by the UK government.

CHEVENING SCHOLARSHIP (MA STUDENTS ONLY)
A Chevening Scholarship enables outstanding people from all over the world to pursue a one-year master’s degrees in the UK.
International students applying for eligible MA programmes may be able to apply for a Chevening Scholarship, funded by the UK government.
- Covers tuition fees, travel cost, contribution towards living costs and additional allowances
- Available to students from Chevening-eligible countries
- Highly competitive and awarded based on academic excellence, leadership potential and career aspirations
- Students must meet Chevening’s to apply for a Scholarship
